Sinclair Performance Institute® was founded in 2017 by Dr. Jared Sinclair. After over two decades of investing in the government sector, Dr. Sinclair understood that people and teams want to perform at higher levels and that organizations must in order to remain viable. At the core of this challenge is the interplay and complexity of human and organizational behavior, margin, and capacity. We knew that when these dynamics are effectively aligned, organizations, teams, and individuals thrive. In the early years, we provided pro bono consulting for non-profit organizations, delivering gap analysis, root cause analysis, strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.

Today, we build long-term partnerships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance to adapt to changing circumstances and seize new opportunities. We understand that each client is unique, with distinct goals, challenges, and aspirations. That's why our approach is highly customized and tailored to your specific needs.
